Your reflection
If you use the “Cross It Out” experience, the words you write are held only in your browser for that visit. We save them to your profile only if you explicitly give us permission when joining our email list. When you do, your reflection is kept privately, used solely to make our messages to you feel personal, and never displayed publicly, sold, or shared. You can view, edit, or delete it at any time on the your reflection page, and deleting it removes it from our records.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services required to fulfill your order, such as payment and shipping partners.
