Orders and pre-orders

Placing a pre-order reserves a copy from the current printing. Your card is charged at the time of order, and copies ship in the order received once the printing arrives.

Shipping

Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

If a book arrives damaged, write to us within 30 days and we’ll replace it. Because these books are meant to be written in, we’re unable to accept returns of used copies.
